Hi!  I’m Karisa, the heart behind Sol Flow Virtual Assistant. I grew up in Milwaukee, WI, cheering on our local sports teams and spending as much time as possible outside. After 12 years of teaching and coaching middle schoolers, I realized that my strengths—organization, communication, creativity, and efficiency—could help business owners just as much as they helped my students.

I’ve always been passionate about wellness, movement, and being in the sun, whether I’m running, reading on the beach, or teaching yoga and Zumba. Today, I’m traveling the world and building a business that allows me to help others create more space and balance in their lives too.

I became a VA because I genuinely love supporting people and helping their ideas come to life through intentional design.
